Is this a workout program?
It’s a habit program.
We’ll give you specific and actionable tips on training. However, we won’t provide you with a specific workout program. Our program focuses on helping you make exercise a natural and permanent part of your life.
How much time will the program take?
We are all different, and so is the time it takes us to establish a new perspective and behavior. Contrary to popular belief, there is no magical number that works for everyone. However, you might see your mindset shifting after a few lessons already.
Regardless of how long you will use My Fitness Habit, you’ll get lifetime access to our lessons and the app if you decide to participate.
I was one of those that signed up for the gym but didn’t stick to it. Not just once but repeatedly. After some weeks or months, I just stopped going.
At some point, I wanted to change for the better and started reading about this problem. I found that many people experience the same. In fact, most gym members become inactive!
Exercise (and the gym) can be quite intimidating and confusing. It’s easy to quit if you don’t have a system that helps you stick. Gyms usually don’t help with that.
Millions of people around the globe fail to reach their fitness goals simply because they don’t stick. For me, this was reason enough to start work on a solution.
I put together a small team of awesome, smart professionals to create a psychological program and develop a supporting app.
I’m looking forward to helping people to achieve what I did – turning regular exercise into a natural part of my life. Becoming stronger, happier, and more balanced – only by working out a few times per week.
